November 100 Burpee Problem Guidelines
Step #1: Do the 100 burpee problem. You could have by the top of the weekend (so November third) to finish the problem.
Step #2: Instantly after you do the problem, snap a photograph or video of your self post-challenge. Submit it to both Instagram, Twitter, or Facebook alongside along with your present time AND the quantity you’ve improved from final month (ensure that to tag #12minuteathlete). It’s also possible to e-mail your photograph to me at [email protected] (use the topic ‘100 burpee problem photograph’ so I can really discover your images).
